Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Admin Support professional to provide administrative assistance for a leading banking firm, under a 12-month contract. The role involves preparing client materials, supporting insurance specialists, and handling documentation processes to ensure smooth workflow. This is ideal for candidates with insurance or banking experience who are detail-oriented and organized.

Mandatory Skill-set
  • Must have 4–7 years of relevant experience in insurance or banking;
  • Must have experience preparing client presentation materials, including policy illustrations, summary quotes, and review packs;
  • Strong administrative skills, including document printing, binding, courier arrangements, and submission to insurers or internal stakeholders;
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desired Skill-set
  • Prior experience as a case manager or in insurance administration;
  • Good communication skills; able to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare client presentation materials in multiple languages, including policy illustrations, summary quotes, and review packs;
  • Support insurance specialists with daily administrative duties, including printing, document binding, arranging local/overseas courier, and submitting documents to insurers or internal teams;
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner;
  • Assist in maintaining organized records and filing systems for client and insurance documentation;
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate smooth processes;
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team’s workflow.
