ALG is hiring Admin/Planning Assistant for a leading international company specializing in Weapons and Transportation Engineering. This is a 2‑year contract role with AWS and strong potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support from filing and scheduling to preparing reports and presentations.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle calls, emails, and communications professionally while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Ensure seamless daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies and supporting various departments (Finance, Procurement, HR).
  • Monitor and generate sales data for the division.
  • Plan and schedule production activities to meet delivery timelines.
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and manage material purchases using SAP.
  • Create, maintain, and track production orders, Bill of Materials (BOM), routings, and material master data in SAP.
  • Support MES system administration and other data‑related tasks.
  • Assist the team with ad‑hoc duties as required.
Job Requirement:
  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration, planning, or office support (internship experience welcome!).
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive team player who can also work independently in a dynamic environment.
