We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive. As a Motor Insurance Admin Executive, you will be responsible for providing insurance quotation and comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing
  1. Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  2. Online Insurance Quotations
  3. Update dealers and customers on Quotes via email/whatsapp
  4. Provide administrative assistance to the management team and other departments as needed
  5. Handle various administrative tasks such as data entry, database management, and report preparation
  6. Contribute to the implementation of office procedures and policies
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Administrative Executive
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  5. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  6. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  7. Adaptable to change and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed
