Job summary

A global IT asset disposition specialist in Singapore is seeking a responsible Admin Executive. Qualifications

  • Provide administrative and general support to expatriates.
  • Assist in onboarding arrangements such as accommodation coordination.
  • Organise documents, prepare meeting materials, and handle workflows.
  • Manage visitor greetings and support meeting arrangements.
  • Coordinate logistics or errands such as booking services.
  • Provide day-to-day office administrative support.

We are seeking a responsible and service-oriented Admin Executive to support expatriates, office operations, and general administrative matters. This role requires excellent organisation skills, strong communication, and the ability to handle dynamic situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and general support to expatriates (both local and seconded staff).
  • Assist in onboarding arrangements such as accommodation coordination, transportation, and local administrative processes.
  • Organise documents, prepare meeting materials, and handle administrative workflows.
  • Manage visitor greetings and support internal/external meeting arrangements.
  • Coordinate logistics or errands such as booking services and arranging appointments.
  • Provide day-to-day office administrative support and other assigned duties.
  • (If required) Drive for office-related tasks or expatriate support.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
  • Eligible to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen, PR, or valid work pass holder).
  • Able to work flexible hours when needed to support expatriate arrival schedules or urgent administrative matters.
  • Valid Class 3/3A driving license if the role requires occasional driving.
  • Familiar with Singapore’s administrative processes (e.g., utilities, banking, housing, local service providers).
  • Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility.
  • (Preferred) Prior experience in office administration or support functions.
