We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and resourceful Admin Cum Content Creator to support our daily operations while actively creating and managing content for our brand. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys organising workflows, and can independently create useful content that supports sales, branding, and client communication.
You will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and ensuring our online presence stays active, professional, and aligned with our brand.
Handle daily administrative tasks (emails, WhatsApp messages, document management)
Prepare quotations, invoices, simple agreements, and follow-up documents
Organise project folders, files, photos, and client information (Google Drive / cloud systems)
Track schedules, appointments, and internal deadlines
Assist with coordination between sales, designers, and project teams
Support management with ad-hoc operational tasks
Maintain organised records for projects, payments, and submissions
Create simple, clean, and informative content for:
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile
Website updates or basic blog posts
Edit photos and short videos (site progress, before/after, carpentry works)
Write captions, replies, and basic marketing copy (clear, professional English)
Help document projects (progress shots, completion highlights, testimonials)
Manage content calendar and ensure consistent posting
Assist with basic design tasks (Canva, templates, simple layouts)
Identify gaps in admin or marketing processes and suggest improvements
Remind team members of deadlines and missing information
Anticipate what is needed before being asked
Help improve internal systems (Google Sheets, trackers, templates)
Actively support sales and management with preparation and follow-ups
Minimum 1–2 years experience in admin, marketing, or content-related role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with:
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Canva (or similar tools)
Basic photo/video editing (CapCut, VN, or similar)
Good written and spoken English
Able to multitask and manage time independently
Proactive mindset – you don’t wait to be told what to do
Interest in interior design, renovation, or construction is a plus
