A non-profit organization in Singapore is looking for an individual to serve as a point of contact for donation-related inquiries. The role involves maintaining the database, handling documentation, and providing administrative support for event tasks. The ideal candidate possesses good communication skills, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and preferably has at least 3 years of relevant experience. The position requires a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
The incumbent serves as a point of contact for donations related enquiries, maintain database, perform data entry, handling and documentation of donations and donor related correspondences and reports.
The position will also assist with coordination of event related tasks, manage follow up to ensure prompt response and service delivery and provide assistance to team members as and when required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, team worker, organised, responsive, positive attitude and able to prioritize workload
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferably able to commence work immediately or within a short notice. Candidates with at least 3 years experience in providing administrative/operations/customer service support will have an advantage
