Job summary

A human resource consulting firm in Singapore seeks a Data Entry Clerk / Assistant Sales Coordinator. You will be responsible for data entry, assisting with sales inquiries, and liaising with customers. Candidates should have GCE N/O levels or NITEC and at least one year of relevant experience. The position offers a salary ranging from $2,200 to $3,000 depending on qualifications and experience, with a five-day work week.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office skills, especially MS Word and Excel.
  • At least 1-year experience, preferably in the related field.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, ensure accurate and timely process of sales orders as per customers' requirements.
  • Assist in sales enquiries and providing accurate sales quotations as directed.
  • Liaise with the relevant operation departments from confirmed orders till readiness for delivery.
  • Liaise with customers on the delivery requirements.
  • Support sales team in achieving the department objectives.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

Location: 7 Tuas (Company transport at designated pick up points - Jurong east, Bukit batok, Choa chu kang, Lakeside, Tuas crescent etc)

Working Days: 5 days Mon - Fri

Working hours : 8am -5pm or 9am - 6pm

Salary : $2,200 - $3,000 depending on qualification and experience
