As an Admin Support staff, you will be providing administrative and customer service support to the career centre operations. Your duties include:

Responsibilities
  • To ensure accuracy and timeliness in completing the data entry within stipulated time to achieve valid placements
  • Update jobseekers’ information in system accurately (e.g. placement clocking)
  • Verify and create new appointment bookings received via the e-appointment system
  • Assignment of cases based on roster
  • Making outbound calls to confirm appointment slots for union referrals, follow up on enquiries, programs outcome
  • Support for aging reports, statistics generation and other admin work
  • Other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
  • Preferably to have prior customer service experiences dealing with challenging situations/demanding clients
  • Meticulous, independent and a team‑player
  • Willing to learn and able to adapt to new job matching systems
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
