Job summary

A maritime organization in Singapore is seeking an Admin Assistant. The position involves preparing documents for vessel registration, coordinating with various stakeholders, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma in Maritime Business or Business Admin and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in the maritime industry is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. The role offers a basic salary of up to $3000, working from Monday to Friday.

  • Communicate and coordinate with ship owners, ship managers, lawyers, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date registration records.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling and file management.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding vessel registration processes.
  • Other duties assigned by management.
