Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Kitchen team.
• Handle filing, data entry, documentation and record-keeping for both softcopy and hardcopy documents.
• Support the digitalisation and organisation of physical documents.
• Maintain inventory records, consumption logs and stock trackers for kitchen supplies.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries and relevant documentation.
• Monitor and maintain records of purchase orders (POs), delivery orders (DOs) and invoices for kitchen-related purchases.
• Ensure kitchen staff comply with food safety and hygiene requirements, including maintaining valid hygiene certificates.

• 5 day work week
• Salary: Up to $2800
