We are a fast-growing Education Group in Singapore, committed to providing high-quality learning experiences. As we expand, we are looking for dedicated and dynamic individuals to join our operations team in Novena. Multiple roles are available to suit different schedules and commitments.

Available Positions
  • Admin Assistant (Freelance)
    Position 1: Weekdays (1 Full or 2 x half-day)
    Timing can be discussed during interview
  • Position 2: Weekends (1 Full Shift or 2 x half-shift)
    1 Full Shift: 8.45AM - 6.45PM
    Half Shift: 8.45AM - 1.45PM; 1.30PM - 6.45PM
  • Minimum commitment: 6 months
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Upload and organize lesson videos on our learning portals.
  • Handle phone calls and enquiries from students/parents.
  • Prepare physical lesson materials (photocopying, binding, mailing)
  • Support other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Note: Tasks will be assigned based on your strengths and preferences (e.g., backend tasks if you prefer non-customer-facing roles).
