TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks a versatile Administrative and IT Support specialist for our Singapore office. The role blends front-desk duties with IT support to keep daily operations running smoothly and to uphold information security and governance.
You will manage visitors, office logistics, and events while delivering end-user IT support for laptops, printers, SharePoint, and Office apps. A diploma in business admin and 2 years’ experience are preferred.
5 days work week, 9am - 5pm
Manage visitors, visitor access cards, incoming calls, enquiries, and hotel arrangements for visitors.
Oversee daily office operations, including cleanliness, pantry supplies, stationery, groceries, first aid supplies, and vendor coordination.
Manage office maintenance and repairs, including cleaning services, copier machines, appliances, and office decoration.
Handle purchase requisitions for non-trade purchases, verify invoices, and submit them to Accounts for processing.
Manage company cars and leasing matters, including servicing, repairs, road tax, fines, purchase requisitions, invoice verification, and car key monitoring.
Assist with training arrangements, e-learning administration, and reporting.
Coordinate office and company events, festive gift hampers, farewell refreshments, and corporate initiative programmes.
Manage name card and envelope printing, company stamp orders, and weekly collection and distribution of mail.
Provide end-user technical support for laptops, printers, mobile devices, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other related IT issues.
Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including assets used by overseas branches and representative offices, in coordination with local administrative staff.
Support daily IT infrastructure, systems, and operational processes.
Maintain IT asset and systems documentation, software licences, and IT training arrangements.
Support data protection and cybersecurity functions, including security system setup, maintenance, and implementation of information security measures.
Support IT governance and operational initiatives, including maintaining IT policies, controls, compliance monitoring systems, and governance frameworks.
Handle IT-related purchasing, including purchase requests and payment follow-ups.
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, facilities management, or a related function.
Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Basic knowledge of IT office concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
