Job Responsibilities

1. Office Supplies & Vendor Management

  • Manage procurement of office supplies, pantry items, stationery and equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors for quotations, service agreements, repairs and invoice processing.
  • Maintain proper purchase records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

2. Document & Data Management

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports and internal communication.
  • Strictly handle confidential information.

3. Meeting & Travel Coordination

  • Schedule meetings, book meeting and prepare necessary materials.
  • Support travel bookings for staff (flights, hotel, transport) and collate expense claims.

4. Other Support Tasks

  • Provide general administrative support to departments and management.
  • Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Office Manager / HR Manager.
Requirements
  • Diploma or above; fields such as Business Administration or related are preferred.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in administration.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
