Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounts receivable or full-sets accounts.
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and industry legislation.

Responsibilities

• Verify invoices for accuracy.
• Process payments complying with internal procedures.
• Maintain accuracy in data entry and accounts payable processing.
• Address vendor inquiries efficiently.
• Sort incoming mails and download invoices.
• Perform monthly sales agreement audits.
• Process intercompany recharges accurately.
• Conduct vendor statement reconciliations.
• Collaborate with departments for document support.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
