Job summary

A reputable consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable process and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accountancy along with relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV are advantageous. The position offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary package including basic salary, AWS, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Preferably have at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the whole process of Accounts Payable.
• Verify vendor's invoices, DO, PO.
• Handle payments to vendors via cheques, Giro, or TT payments (multi-currencies).
• Maintain Accounts Payable ledgers using accounting software.
• Manage employees’ reimbursement requests.
• Handle day-to-day and month-end accounting and reporting functions.
• Prepare bank reconciliation, quarterly GST reporting, monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Assist with year-end audits.

Proficient in MS Word

Proficient in Excel

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Overseas accounting experience

Education
