Overview

• Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering
• Position Title: Accounts Manager
• Working Location: Tampines
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $7,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial and management reports in compliance with the Group and Company policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
• Prepare management reports, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Review and approve journals, reconciliations, payments, and credit control activities.
• Manage tax, GST/VAT, and statutory filings; liaise with auditors and banks.
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and process SOPs; drive system/data accuracy.
• Partner with operations/sales on pricing, cost control, and project/job profitability.
• Lead and develop the finance team; allocate tasks and monitor KPIs.
• Support ERP enhancements, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
