Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and payroll administration.
• Proficient in accounting and payroll software (e.g., Xero, Microsoft 365 Business Dynamics).

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable/receivable and vendor payments on schedule.
• Manage payroll processing, including leaves, allowances, and deductions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closings.
