E-PLOYMENT CONSULTANCY in Singapore is seeking a diligent finance and HR professional to manage full sets of accounts for Singapore and Malaysia entities, oversee monthly closings, and deliver timely management reports.

You will monitor cash flow, ensure compliance and audits, handle payroll, HR admin, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and Work Pass matters, contributing to cross-functional operations within a SME.

Qualifications

• N level with 3 years of relevant experience in a SME organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for Singapore and Malaysia entities.
• Oversee monthly financial closing and management reporting.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
• Monitor cashflow and working capital requirements.
• Review financial reports submitted by branch office.
• Compliance & Audit.
• Handle ad-hoc projects.
• HR Administration.
• Manage payroll processing for Singapore and Malaysia entities.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and statutory requirements.
