Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Senior HR & Accounts Executive to support both Human Resources and Finance functions. The role offers a broad operational scope and requires independence in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, HR policies, and statutory submissions, while coordinating with outsourced staff and vendors. A Diploma in HR and Accounting is preferred, with 5–8 years of experience.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant HR and accounting experience.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Accounting.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, payroll administration, and HR best practices.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities and onboard/offboard employees.
• Process payroll monthly and ensure accurate submissions.
• Administer work pass applications, renewals, and related documentation.
• Prepare IR8A forms and submit to IRAS in a timely manner.
• Maintain HR records and policies, and handle staff inquiries.
