Job summary

Harvest Steel in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, and monthly payroll. You will maintain precise records, prepare GST submissions, and handle CPF/IR filings along with IR8A reporting and insurance matters.

You will also manage petty cash, onboarding, documentation, and other administrative HR tasks. The role requires a diploma/degree in accounting or related field and at least 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience handling full set accounts.
• Experience with GL, AP, AR and monthly payroll.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts (GL, AP, AR) and monthly payroll.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Prepare for quarterly GST submission and statutory reporting.
• Handle CPF submission, IR21 tax clearance, IR8A reporting and insurance matters.
• Manage petty cash and assist with ad-hoc duties.
