About the Roles

We are looking for an Accounts & HR Admin Executive to join our team at our Ubi office. This permanent, full-time position offers a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role provides a competitive salary package, including a basic salary, HP allowance, and performance-based bonus, making it a great opportunity for those seeking both stability and growth in the construction industry.

What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Manage daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, petty cash, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and ensure proper documentation for supplier and subcontractor payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of progress claims, client invoices, and follow up on outstanding collections.
  • Support the month-end closing process, perform bank reconciliations, and assist in generating financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounting documents and ensure proper filing of audit materials.
  • Assist with GST submissions and collaborate with auditors, tax agents, and banks when required.
  • Handle office administrative responsibilities, such as managing office supplies, utilities, and service contracts.
  • Provide administrative support to the project and design teams, including scheduling meetings for managers and directors.
  • Assist with recruitment tasks such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
  • Manage employee records, process payroll, and oversee CPF submissions, leave, and attendance.
  • Prepare HR and finance-related reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with project teams and quantity surveyors on subcontractor payments and project accounting matters.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required by management.
