Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to handle full set of accounts, prepare monthly reports, and assist in budgeting processes. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge of SAP is essential. Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including GL, AP, and AR functions.
• Prepare monthly reports including PL variances analysis.
• Assist in audit liaising for annual and ad-hoc audits.

Job description

• Location: Paya Lebar (Near to MRT)

• Working hours: Mon - Fri, office hours

Job Descriptions

• Handle full set of account (GL function, AP and AR Function and month end closing).

• Prepare and maintain tangible/intangible asset schedule.

• Prepares balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliation and audit schedules.

• Handle Interco confirmation and reconciliations.

• Prepare and Review the bookkeeping of overseas branch.

• Prepare Monthly report PL Variances Analysis and Cash Flow Management.

• Quarterly reporting packages for headquarter.

• Key person to assist on the semi-annually budgeting and forecast process.

• Prepare / Review and file GST return.

• Assist in liaison with auditors for annual / ad-hoc audit (internal & external).

• Liaised with banker on bank related matters.

• Positive working attitude, independent and willing to learn.

• Performing other ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor in Accounting/Finance/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.

• Preferably with least 5 years’ finance & cost accounting experience.

• Possess sound knowledge in Microsoft office especially Excel is added advantage.

• Must have Knowledge of SAP.

• Knowledge of SAP Concur & RPA a good advantage.

• Work with external and internal auditors and tax agents etc.
