We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior / Accounts Executive to join our Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting Operations

• Perform journal entries, general ledger postings, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Maintain proper documentation for all accounting entries.

Reporting & Compliance

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support statutory audit processes and liaise with auditors when required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with finance team members on consolidation, reporting, and analysis.
• Partner with operations team to reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and support business needs.
• Assist with process improvements and implementation of accounting best practices.

System & Process Management

• Manage accounting tasks using QuickBooks.
• Support system updates, data entry accuracy, and troubleshoot issues when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Hands‑on experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to be hands‑on with day‑to‑day accounting work.
