Job description

• Maintain and oversee day-to-day operations of the Company's Finance Department (AR & AP)
• Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis of financial accounts
• Collate information with relevant departments and analyze project costs, revenue and related balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
• Prepare reconciliation of project modules, inter-company transactions and general ledger
• Ensure accuracy and all reporting deadlines are met
• Management of cash flow
• Perform monthly reporting and review of Financial Statement for Management
• Submission of Quarterly GST reports
• Liaise with bankers, auditors and tax agents
