We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts cum Admin Assistant to support our finance and administrative functions. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and handling general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties

  • Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist in month-end closing and basic financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records

Administrative Duties

  • Handle general office administration and emails
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as staff claims and leave records
  • Prepare simple reports or spreadsheets for management
  • Support any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Meticulous, well‑organized, and able to multitask
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to start work within short notice is a plus
  • Ability to communicate in written and spoken Chinese is required to liaise with Chinese-speaking employees.
