What you'll be doing?
  • Manage Accounts: Handle full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, and GL functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and close monthly financial reports and schedules with precision.
  • Cash Flow Monitoring: Perform forecasting and monitor cash flow to support business decisions.
  • Leasing Support: Review tenancy contract details and liaise with the leasing department.
  • Tenant Credit Review: Conduct credit reviews of tenants to manage financial risks.
  • Tax and Compliance: Liaise with IRAS on property tax and stamp duty matters and ensure statutory and compliance reporting.
  • External Engagement: Interact with external auditors and bankers for financial and audit-related matters.
  • Ad hoc Tasks: Take on additional tasks as assigned, offering opportunities for professional growth.
  • Rotation Opportunities: Explore rotation opportunities to other businesses within the Group.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: A Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent, setting the foundation for financial expertise.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel, essential for financial analysis and reporting.
