Job Description & Requirements
  • Handle full set of accounts (AP/AR/Fixed assets/GL).
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Prepare and reconcile GST for quarterly submission.
  • Prepare audit schedules on a monthly basis.
  • Monitor credit control and cash flow position of the Company.
  • Liaise with tax agents, secretarial agents and auditors in all matters relating to tax and accounting.
  • Maintain all files and documentation accurately, in accordance with Company’s policies and accepted accounting practices.
  • Maintain ISO and Workplace Safety documentation.
  • Administer employee welfare and all other HR related activities.
  • Perform general office administration work including insurance, road tax renewal, upkeep of office premises, keeping track and order office supplies when necessary including the pantry supplies, forms and stationary.
  • Liaise with external vendors for outsourced services provided to the company.
  • Maintain and update IT Asset Management list.
Job Requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in full set accounts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in Oracle Netsuite accounting software or other ERP system.
  • Meticulous, team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently.
