Job summary

An international reinsurance broking company in Singapore is seeking a full-time candidate for the Finance Department. The role involves account reconciliation, disbursement of funds, and communication with clients. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Accountancy and demonstrate a meticulous, mature attitude with strong communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Reconciliation of receipt & payment for clients’ accounts.
  • Disbursement of funds collected and settlement to clients.
  • Collection & payment allocation to respective party accounts.
  • Follow up with outstanding balances with clients.
  • Reconciliation of Debtors/Creditors & tally to General Ledger.
  • Monitor ageing reports & review clients’ remittance position.
  • Consolidation & reconciliation of Clients’ accounts.
  • Assist in accounts related and office administration.

Job description

The company is more than 40 years old and is an established international reinsurance broking company with a clientele base in more thirty countries. As a reinsurance specialist, the company works on behalf of insurance companies to facilitate the placement of Treaty and Facultative reinsurance program.

We are looking for one full-time candidate to join the Finance Department. Candidates with related working experience is an advantage.

Responsibility
  • Reconciliation of receipt & payment for clients’ accounts
  • Disbursement of funds collected and settlement to clients
  • Collection & payment allocation to respective party accounts
  • Follow up with outstanding balances with business clients
