Job summary

A leading F&B company in Singapore is looking for an Accounts & Admin Executive to manage accounting tasks and provide administrative support. The role includes handling financial records, supporting payroll, and visiting outlets regularly to check food supplies. The ideal candidate has at least one year of accounting experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector, and is familiar with POS systems. Job description

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive with experience in the F&B industry. This full-time role combines accounting duties, administrative support, work permit handling, and occasional site visits to check on food supply and inventory at our outlets. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and familiar with both backend operations and on-the-ground F&B processes.

Accounting Duties
  • Handle daily accounting tasks: accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliation, petty cash management.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly closing.
  • Support payroll preparation
  • Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
  • Track daily sales, expenses, and outlet-specific cash flow across F&B branch.
  • Monitor inventory costs, wastage, and supplier pricing for accuracy and reporting
Administrative & HR Support
  • Maintain proper filing of documents, licenses, and contracts.
  • Assist in onboarding of staff and management of employee records.
  • Prepare and submit work permit and employment pass applications/renewals.
  • Support MOM/IRAS/CPF-related submissions and inquiries.
Site Operations Support
  • Visit outlet locations to check on food supply levels, storage conditions, and vendor delivery accuracy.
  • Coordinate with outlet managers to ensure sufficient stock levels and proper documentation.
  • Follow up on any discrepancies in supply or inventory records.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and outlet-level sales tracking is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willing to travel to outlet sites as needed.
Work Location
  • Main office (admin/accounting tasks)
  • Travel to outlet site once every 2 weeks for food supply checks (302 Beach Road)
