Responsibilities

Accounting

• Supervise and Review accounting operations on on-going and completed projects as assigned (e.g. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger, including progressive billing, Subcon settlement, supplier and employee claim) using SAP and Oracle system.
• Prepare regular cash and cost forecast and analyze variance as assigned
• Prepare regular and irregular report for balance sheet and profit & loss accounts as assigned
• Manage project cost for assigned project site with project manager and stakeholders (QS team)
• Assist financial reporting and management reporting to Japan HQ Account Section, namely overseeing submission of financial data of the Singapore Branch and the Civil Engineering Management Department prepared in line with the Japan HQ requirement

Admin

• Provide administrative support for site matters such as events, workers dormitory, insurance matters, ICT matters
• Perform all other ad-hoc and project duties when assigned
