A financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified Accountant or Bookkeeper to manage financial transactions and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include preparing management reports, processing payroll, and providing administrative support. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial integrity and efficiency of the firm.
Record and maintain all financial transactions accurately.
Prepare monthly management reports for the Directors.
Ensure accounts and record-keeping comply with statutory requirements.
Ensure adherence to all compliance requirements, including IRAS (tax) regulations.
Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns.
Assist in the preparation of CPF contributions.
Assist in processing payroll for all employees.
Manage and maintain employee leave records.
Verify employee expense claims.
Verify and process supplier invoices and claims.
Oversee and handle overall company documentation and administrative work.
Assist the Company Director with administrative tasks.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Provide general office administrative support.
Qualified Singapore Accountant or Bookkeeper.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in preparing management reports.
Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace (Business Tools).
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
