Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field (degree preferred).
• 2 years of related work experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English; good communication with the supporting market.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers by delivering best-in-class experience and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to better assist customers.
• Own talent brand campaigns to meet client objectives and provide ROI insights.
• Partner with product teams to enhance service offerings and campaign tools to meet customer needs.
• Support customer communications and education, ensuring a top-tier experience.
