Qualifications

• Diploma or higher degree in any field is required or preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; 2 years of related experience ideal.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide thorough support and follow-up at all stages of customer relations across channels.
• Handle general enquiries upstream, during the selling process and after-sale service.
• Respond to incoming calls and requests with clear, accurate information on campaigns and quotes.
• Qualify and manage incoming complaints, ensuring agents provide necessary assistance to resolve.
• Lead outbound campaigns with prior notice to ensure readiness.
• Convert direct and indirect traffic into sales while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Perform other duties to support the Quality Management System as needed.
