Job summary

A construction industry company in Singapore is seeking an Account Assistant / Admin Assistant to manage projects and provide general office support. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Business Administration or Accounting and 2–3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office is required. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary package including a performance bonus.

Qualifications

  • Prepare quotations, simple design ideas, and work schedules.
  • Manage projects and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Provide general office admin support and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Issue invoices, record customer payments, and handle basic billing tasks.
  • Check and verify staff petty cash claims.

  • Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided at Joo Koon MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (9.00am – 6.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations, simple design ideas, and work schedules.
  • Manage projects and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Provide general office admin support and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Issue invoices, record customer payments, and handle basic billing tasks.
  • Check and verify staff petty cash claims.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Management.
