Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking an Account Assistant/Admin Assistant to prepare quotations, manage projects, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting, with 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office is essential. This permanent role offers a salary package including a performance bonus, with transport provided for commuting to Tuas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations, simple design ideas, and work schedules.
  • Manage projects and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Provide general office admin support and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Issue invoices, record customer payments, and handle basic billing tasks.
  • Check and verify staff petty cash claims.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Management.
