Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage and record AR transactions, prepare credit and debit notes, and monitor customer payments. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance, along with basic accounting knowledge. Both experienced individuals and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is essential.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Account Receivables or similar role would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle Account Receivable Accounts.
• Record and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
• Prepare and issue Credit Note & Debit Note.
• Monitor customer payments and perform regular AR aging.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of AR Records.
• Support other accounting and administrative tasks when required.
