Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills, and a good team player.
• Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to follow through on projects and deliver quality work.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal and administrative abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• IT-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, process and manage admissions, enrolment and examination activities for part-time courses.
• Handle queries and provide advice to course applicants, students and academic staff.
• Collaborate with academic and non-academic staff to ensure smooth programme administration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
• Perform data verification and liaise with vendors to resolve system issues.
• Plan, implement and monitor projects and initiatives for part-time courses.
• Contribute to TP and department ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Compile data for reporting purposes.
• Provide general administrative support for the division and maintain proper documentation.
