Job summary

A recruiting firm in Singapore is seeking an Indoor Sales Admin who will assist customers with sales inquiries via phone and email. Responsibilities include processing orders, preparing quotes, and coordinating with logistics. Candidates should have 2 years of sales and marketing experience, strong IT skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Additional knowledge of SAP and import/export documentation is preferred. Working hours: 8.30am - 5.50pm (Mon to Fri); 8.30am – 12.50pm (1 Sat per month)

Salary: $2500 -$3000

Location: Pioneer (Transport pickup at West area)

Job Description:
  • Assist customers on sales enquiries via telephone calls, emails, etc.
  • Responsible for following up on enquiries
  • Responsible for expediting order processing, preparing quotations and invoicing
  • Work closely with sales team and providing them with updates when necessary
  • Coordinate with Store and Logistics teams on delivery
  • Coordinate and monitor deliveries and inventories for customers
  • Inventory management
  • Provide operational support to the Sales team
Requirements:
  • 2 years of relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing
  • IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Knowledge of import/ export documentation, shipping, marine insurance and/or L/C negotiation is an advantage
