Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to support tendering and cost control for M&E projects in Singapore.

You will prepare BOQs, review drawings, and compile tender submissions with pricing, risk assessment, and clear documentation. Requirements include a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in M&E construction.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the M&E construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist Tender/Contract Manager in the preparation and submission of tenders.
• Identify scope of work and commercial requirements to assess project risks.
• Create and maintain tender files for tracking tender activities.
• Prepare RFQs from suppliers/subcontractors for timely tender pricing and information.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs based on electrical, ACMV, fire protection and architectural drawings.
• Compile price comparisons, costing summaries and technical proposals for tender submissions.
• Review addenda/corrigenda and update costing summary and technical proposal accordingly.
• Prepare and update tender submission documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation in an organised manner.
• Prepare presentation slides for tender interviews as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Time: 8.30am - 6.00pm

Responsibilities

• Compile price comparisons, costing summaries and technical proposals for tender submissions.

• Maintain relevant documentation in an organised and systematic manner.
• Prepare presentation slides for tender interviews as required.
