The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to support tendering and cost control activities. You will assess project risks, prepare BOQs, and coordinate overall tender submissions in a dynamic M&E construction environment.

Candidate should hold a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and possess at least 3 years of relevant experience. This role is based in Singapore, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the M&E construction industry.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Tender/Contract Manager in preparation and submission of tenders.
• Identify scope of work and commercial requirements to assess project risks.
• Create and maintain tender files for tracking tender activities.
• Prepare and follow up on RFQs from suppliers/subcontractors for timely pricing and information.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs based on electrical, ACMV, fire protection and architectural drawings.
• Compile price comparisons, costing summaries and technical proposals for tender submissions.
• Review addenda/corrigenda and update costing and proposals accordingly.
• Prepare and update tender submission documents.
• Maintain documentation in an organised manner.
• Prepare presentation slides for tender interviews as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Working Time: 8.30am - 6.00pm

Responsibilities

• Assist the Tender/Contract Manager in the preparation and submission of tenders.
• Identify the scope of work and commercial requirements to assess project risks.
• Create and maintain tender files for proper tracking and monitoring of tender activities.
• Prepare and follow up on requests for quotations (RFQs) from suppliers/subcontractors to ensure the timely submission of tender pricing and technical information.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on electrical, ACMV, fire protection and architectural drawings.
• Compile price comparisons, costing summaries and technical proposals for tender submissions.
• Review addenda and/or corrigenda and update the costing summary and technical proposal accordingly.
• Prepare and update tender submission documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain relevant documentation in an organised and systematic manner.
• Prepare presentation slides for tender interviews as required.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
