Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd invites a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to join our Toa Payoh team. You will support the Tender/Contract Manager with tender preparation, BOQ work and pricing, and coordinate RFQs with suppliers and subcontractors.

Requirements include a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the M&E construction sector. Working days are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm, salary SGD 3,500–5,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the M&E construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Tender/Contract Manager in the preparation and submission of tenders.
• Identify the scope of work and commercial requirements to assess project risks.
• Create and maintain tender files for proper tracking and monitoring of tender activities.
• Prepare and follow up on requests for quotations (RFQs) from suppliers/subcontractors to ensure the timely submission of tender pricing and technical information.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on electrical, ACMV, fire protection and architectural drawings.
• Compile price comparisons, costing summaries and technical proposals for tender submissions.
• Review addenda and/or corrigenda and update the costing summary and technical proposal accordingly.
• Prepare and update tender submission documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain relevant documentation in an organised and systematic manner.
• Prepare presentation slides for tender interviews as required.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
