Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to support tender activities and cost estimation for M&E projects located in Singapore. The role involves preparing BOQs, evaluating pricing, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely tender submissions.

Candidates should hold a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant M&E construction experience and will work on-site at Toa Payoh, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of M&E construction experience.
• Experience in Tendering and BOQ preparation.
• Familiarity with electrical drawings and related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Tender/Contract Manager in the preparation and submission of tenders.
• Identify the scope of work and commercial requirements to assess project risks.
• Create and maintain tender files for proper tracking and monitoring of tender activities.
• Prepare and follow up on RFQs from suppliers/subcontractors to ensure timely submission of tender pricing and technical information.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs based on electrical, ACMV, fire protection and architectural drawings.
• Compile price comparisons, costing summaries and technical proposals for tender submissions.
• Review addenda and/or corrigenda and update the costing summary and technical proposal accordingly.
• Prepare and update tender submission documents in a timely manner and maintain relevant documentation.
• Prepare presentation slides for tender interviews as required.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

• Salary: $3,500 - $5,000
• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Working Time: 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Location: Toa Payoh
