Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) in Singapore to support tender activities, prepare BOQs, and assess project costs. You will work closely with the Tender/Contract Manager to ensure accurate pricing and timely submissions.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years in the M&E construction industry. Location is Toa Payoh, with standard Monday–Friday work days and 8.30am–6.00pm hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in the M&E construction industry.
• Experience in preparing tenders, BOQs, and cost analyses.
• Proficient in preparing tender submissions and supporting technical proposals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Tender/Contract Manager in the preparation and submission of tenders.
• Identify the scope of work and commercial requirements to assess project risks.
• Create and maintain tender files for proper tracking and monitoring of tender activities.
• Prepare and follow up on RFQs from suppliers/subcontractors to ensure timely submission.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs based on electrical, ACMV, fire protection and architectural drawings.
• Compile price comparisons, costing summaries and technical proposals for tender submissions.
• Review addenda and/or corrigenda and update the costing summary and technical proposal accordingly.
• Prepare and update tender submission documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain relevant documentation in an organised and systematic manner.
• Prepare presentation slides for tender interviews as required.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
