Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Tender/Contracts professional in Singapore to assist in preparing and submitting tenders for M&E projects.

You will identify scope, assess risks, and manage tender files with a focus on accurate costing and documentation. Responsibilities include RFQ handling, BOQ preparation across electrical, ACMV, fire protection and architectural drawings, and preparing proposals for timely tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the M&E construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Tender/Contract Manager in the preparation and submission of tenders.

• Prepare RFQs from suppliers/subcontractors to ensure timely pricing and technical information.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs for electrical, ACMV, fire protection and architectural drawings.
• Compile price comparisons, costing summaries and technical proposals for tender submissions.
• Review addenda and update the costing summary and proposal accordingly.
• Prepare and update tender submission documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain relevant documentation in an organised manner.
• Prepare presentation slides for tender interviews as required.

Salary: $3,500 - $5,000

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Time: 8.30am - 6.00pm

Location: Toa Payoh

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on requests for quotations (RFQs) from suppliers/subcontractors to ensure the timely submission of tender pricing and technical information.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on electrical, ACMV, fire protection and architectural drawings.
• Compile price comparisons, costing summaries and technical proposals for tender submissions.
• Review addenda and/or corrigenda and update the costing summary and technical proposal accordingly.
• Prepare and update tender submission documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain relevant documentation in an organised and systematic manner.
• Prepare presentation slides for tender interviews as required.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
