Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) for a 3-year contract located in the East Singapore district near Paya Lebar. Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical background.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience; trainees welcome.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technologies.

Responsibilities

Our esteemed client in the M&E Engineering industry is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) to join their dynamic team:

Employment Type: 3 years contract

Position: Quantity Surveyor (Electrical)

Location: East (Nearest MRT: Paya Lebar)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Salary Package: Up to $6,000 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Support pre-tender and tender activities, including cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and tender documentation.
• Assist with obtaining quotations, tender evaluation, and contract-related matters.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, valuations, and payments.
• Assist with assessing variations, claims, and commercial matters.
• Support the team in identifying and managing contractual risks and disputes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for project and commercial activities.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience. Inexperienced candidates with Electrical Engineering background are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
