Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, tender submissions, and project costing for electrical works in Singapore.

You will review drawings, prepare VO/claims, monitor costs, negotiate with subcontractors, and support project managers from tender to final account, ensuring compliance with local practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of Singapore experience as an Electrical QS.
• Experience with M&E / Electrical subcontractors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and project costing.
• Familiar with Singapore construction practices, tender procedures, and contract administration.
• Experience in new build and A&A projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
