6 months Customer Service Associate

Location: Serene Centre/ United Square/ Chua Chu Kang/ Tampines Mall
Salary: $2,800 – $3,500/month
Shift Allowance (4+1): $100 shift allowance per month
Shift Allowance (3+2): $200 shift allowance per month
Working Schedule: 3+2 work week OR 4+1 work week

  • Weekdays: 1pm – 10pm (8hrs excl. break)
  • Weekends: 8:30am – 6:30pm (9hrs excl. break)

• Ability to deliver professional and high-quality service experience in a customer‑facing role Identify customers’ needs and have them assessed to maintain a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction

• Taking ownership of customers’ problems and follow through effectively and efficiently to resolution within the SLAs.

• Key member of the customer support function in establishing continuous improvement of processes to promote customer satisfaction.

• Maintain close liaison with all other departments to have a good understanding of the operational flow and ensure seamless client experience.
