Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an HR Assistant for a 6-month contract. The role involves supporting HR operations, managing employee records, and assisting in recruitment processes. Candidates should have a Diploma in HR or Business Administration and experience with MS Office. This position offers a salary of $3000 - $3500 and operates Monday to Friday in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of HR/administrative experience (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Preferably with experience in Info-Tech.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team in daily operations and recruitment coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Perform general administrative tasks supporting ad-hoc HR projects.

Skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Education

Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
