Job summary

CKSE PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible HR Assistant for a 4-month part-time contract based in Singapore. You will support daily HR tasks, maintain records and assist with recruitment and onboarding.

The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to handle confidential information. Working days are Wed-Sat, 9am-6pm, with potential for conversion to permanent based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Nitec or equivalent qualification.
• Prior HR or admin experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and handle daily HR duties.
• Assist with recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare contracts, HR letters and related documents.
• Assist with Work Permit applications and MOM matters.
• Monitor attendance, leave and overtime records.
• Assist with monthly payroll preparation and verification.
• Maintain filing and documentation of employee information.
• Liaise with staff and Operations on HR matters.
• Perform ad-hoc HR and admin duties.
