Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD is seeking an experienced HR operations professional for a 4‑month contract in Singapore. The role covers hands-on HR administration and monthly payroll coordination with an external vendor.

You will assist onboarding/offboarding, prepare employment documents, manage work passes, and maintain accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Strong Excel skills and timely communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of HR operations / payroll experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF and MOM requirements.
• Experience coordinating payroll with external payroll provider is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
• Able to commit to a 4-month contract.
• Candidates available at short notice have an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR administration and employee-related matters.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
• Submit payroll information to external payroll vendor after consolidation and checking.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare contracts, confirmation letters and other docs.
• Assist with work pass applications and renewals.
• Maintain employee records, leaves and medical benefits.
• Respond to HR and payroll queries promptly.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment regulations.
• Provide other HR operational support as required.
